Welcome to Royal Oak Distillery, a world-class facility producing handcrafted Irish whiskey on an 18th-century estate in Ireland’s Ancient East. As the home of The Busker Irish Whiskey, we proudly distill all three styles—pot still, malt, and grain—under one roof.

At Royal Oak, we craft authentic, high-quality Irish whiskey by balancing tradition with innovation. Our maturation process utilizes a variety of casks, including bourbon, sherry, and rare hand-selected Marsala wine casks from Sicily’s Cantine Florio (1833). This unique aging process enhances our Triple Cask Triple Smooth Blend and Single Grain expressions.

Nestled in the heart of Ireland, our distillery stands as one of the country’s most advanced, combining cutting-edge technology with generations of expertise and respect for heritage. Indeed at Royal Oak Distillery, we proudly produce our whisky using only locally sourced raw materials. Moreover, we fully reclaim waste from cereal distillation and fermentation for animal feed, totaling over 20 million liters of liquid waste and 2.000 tons of solid waste.

Our advanced distillation methods ensure precise control and consistency, creating a symphony of flavors in every bottle. Each barrel undergoes a transformative journey, enhancing The Busker with a complex array of tastes from sweet to dried fruit, showcasing our dedication to quality and excellence.
